Automotive Operations Manager
We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager leads daily manufacturing Automotive Manufacturing Operations across production, assembly, shipping, scheduling, and inventory to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time execution. This role drives operational performance by improving throughput, reducing backlog, optimizing workflows, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
Lead daily manufacturing operations across multiple operational support teams.
5+ years of manufacturing operations leadership experience. Experience leading production teams in a high-mix manufacturing environment preferred. Strong understanding of production planning, labor management, inventory, and manufacturing KPIs. Proven ability to identify bottlenecks, prioritize competing demands, and drive operational improvements. Strong leadership, communication, conflict resolution.
Must be proficient with ERP systems & Microsoft Office. Lean Manufacturing and OSHA training preferred; forklift certification a plus. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Occasional travel for training, vendor support, or operational needs.
