Job Title: Experienced Embroiderer (Tajima Machine Operator)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced embroiderer who has hands-on knowledge of running and maintaining Tajima embroidery machines . The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, quality-driven, and able to operate in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor Tajima embroidery machines to ensure efficient production.

• Hoop garments and set up jobs according to work orders.

• Thread machines, load designs, and make necessary adjustments for quality stitching.

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot basic machine issues.

• Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and consistency.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Previous embroidery experience required , specifically with Tajima machines .

• Strong attention to detail and quality control.

• Ability to read and follow work orders accurately.

• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes/garments (up to 40 lbs).

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with embroidery software (Wilcom, Pulse, or similar).

• Knowledge of different fabrics, threads, and stabilizers.

• Previous experience in a high-volume shop.

Schedule & Pay:

• Full-time position (Monday–Friday, 9-5).
