Retail Associate is a multi-faceted position that is focused on retail sales and service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service (i.e greeting guests, helping to find proper gear, etc)
- Assist in maintaining and organizing the stockroom
- Assist in inventory management
- Utilize our POS system to cash customers out
- Collaborate with team members to keep the sales floor clean and organized
Requirements or Qualifications:
- Experience in Retail preferred
- Knowledge of basic ski/snowboard gear and clothing
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work with a team
- 4-wheel drive/AWD/snow chains required
