Appalachian Community Services (ACS) is seeking Licensed or Licensed Eligible Outpatient Therapists to provide services in the seven western counties of North Carolina. Our Outpatient Centers are located in Murphy, Hayesville, Bryson City, Robbinsville, Franklin and Waynesville.

Eligible candidates must possess or be eligible for, one of the following license credentials: LCSWA, LCSW, LMHCA, LMHC, LMFTA, LMFT, etc., valid in North Carolina, in good standing.
Compensation: dependent on education, licensure, experience, and other factors
Minimum to Median Salary
- Licensed Eligible, resident, or supervisee $46K - $47.5K
- Fully licensed $51K - $55K
- Piece rate $45 to $51 per unit
- Unlimited earning potential

Outpatient services provide a crucial role in the provision of comprehensive care at ACS.
As an Outpatient Therapist you would:
- Work with a multidisciplinary team of behavioral health professionals to assess needs, make appropriate referrals, and coordinate care.
- Provide clinical psychotherapy to individuals, groups, and families.
- Have opportunities to work with all age groups and acuity levels, as well as opportunities to lead clinical teams and provide supervision if desired.
Eligible candidates must possess or be eligible for, one of the following license credentials: LCSWA, LCSW, LMHCA, LMHC, LMFTA, LMFT, etc., valid in North Carolina, in good standing.
