CNA – Medicaid Cases, 4-Hour Shifts Only – Charlotte South, NC
If a full 8- or 12-hour shift isn't what you're looking for, this role is built differently: every shift on this Medicaid route in Charlotte South is capped at 4 hours. No long shifts, no expectation to stay past your block. It's also a strong fit if you're a newer CNA who wants to build real experience fast — your day will sometimes cover a single client and sometimes a short route between two or three, so you'll see a range of care situations quickly instead of settling into one routine.
Schedule: 4-hour shifts only, days and route vary
Location: Charlotte South, NC – 28226/28277
Client type: Medicaid clients, private residences
Care involved: Personal care, mobility assistance, companionship, basic household support (varies by client)
What's required:
- Active NC CNA certification
- Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license — you'll be traveling directly between client homes as part of the route
- Comfort adapting to different clients and care plans within the same day
- Punctuality, since routes depend on each stop starting on time
