About the Role
Youll be responsible for servicing a well-established route, primarily residential clients, with some commercial, retail, and industrial customers. Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional pest control services to residential and commercial clients.
• Manage an assigned route efficiently, ensuring quality service.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with customers.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience as a Pest Control Technician is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management abilities.
• Sales experience or familiarity with construction is a plus.
• Comfortable with using technology for reporting and record-keeping.

Requirements

• Valid drivers license with an insurable driving record for the last 3 years.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must be able to work 40+ hours a week, including occasional Saturdays.
• Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.

Schedule

Preferred Certifications

• P-Phase Certification (Preferred).
