WHAT YOU'LL GET:

WHAT OUR EMPLOYEES DO:

• Install and repair new and existing plumbing fixtures, drain lines and accessories

• Inspect equipment for proper lubrication and perform other preventative maintenance duties as needed

• Perform installation and repair of ceiling tiles, wall coverings, vinyl tile, carpet, cove base, window blinds, signage, etc

• Perform minor leak repairs to roof, window, and fountains

• Perform preventive maintenance, installation and repair of water pipes, controls, HVAC, and associated equipment.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a maintenance technician or mechanic in a manufacturing environment, building maintenance, or industrial equipment repair operation.

• Associates degree in technical discipline a plus

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

• Able to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and plumbing systems
