About the Role: Digital.ai is looking for an outstanding data-driven and creative Director of Demand Generation . In this role, you will report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with our BDR, Sales, Product, and Event teams scale and optimize our demand engine. You will be responsible for creating and executing awareness and demand generation marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels that enable the company to achieve our revenue targets. You will develop and quarterback the execution of integrated marketing programs and campaigns designed to create demand and influence opportunity creation within our target market segments. Above all else, you are a startup-minded, over-achieving Marketing enthusiast who enjoys trying new things and stepping outside your comfort zone. The ideal candidate loves tapping into their creative side and relishes adventure and problem-solving, rather than just implementing or enforcing an established playbook. What you will do :- Drive the growth of lead generation and engagement within our target segments and personas by using a variety of digital and traditional acquisition channels to generate interactions for our BDR organization.
- Design, implement, and iterate on Digital.ai's integrated campaign framework, ensuring effective collaboration and integration with Digital, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Product, Content Marketing/Communications, Sales, Operations, and other relevant stakeholders to create streamlined planning and execution processes. You and your team will act as the glue between strategy and execution, ensuring smooth rollout and strong results for Digital.ai's campaigns cross-functionally.
- Plan, develop, and execute demand generation programs and integrated marketing campaigns across product announcements, key content assets, creative promotions, meeting makers, and more.
- Lead annual global marketing calendar development, including regular updates and enablement communication for cross-functional teams.
- Lead our digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, Social and LLM. Optimize these efforts for lead generation first, nurture second, and brand 3rd.
- Own the webinar program from concept through to promotion, logistics, and follow-up, including direct, 3rd party, and partner webinars.
- Develop multi-touch omni-channel nurture programs to engage prospects and move them through the funnel.
- Work cross functionally to create conversion-optimized copy for emails and landing pages that promote our campaigns targeting our various personas.
- Work closely with business development and account executive teams to develop enablement materials and feedback loops for continuous optimization.
- Analyze campaign, digital, and demand gen results in detail, draw insights and make data-based adjustment.
- 8+ years of experience in demand generation in a fast-growing, start-up environment. B2B SaaS strongly preferred.
- A deep understanding of modern digital demand gen mechanisms (SEO, SEM, Social, and LLM).
- Ability to work closely with data analysts and business operations to optimize campaigns and glean insights.
- Ability to manage a team of support staff both contractor and employees: Web development, Digital Demand Gen consultants, web designers, content marketing, etc.
- Familiar with CRM and marketing automation tools; Saleforce and Marketo preferred
- Experience with creating engaging and creative content for awareness and demand generation campaigns
- Excellent written communication skills: you will be developing conversion-optimized copy for email, landing pages, ads, etc
- Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Collaborative team player and self-starter, ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders to bring them along on your journey
- Experience driving revenue results across multiple channels, including scaling global strategy for local execution
- Experience with and understanding of traditional, digital and emerging channels to create demand
- Deep understanding of integrated campaign best practices, playbooks, customer journeys, etc
- Experience growing a database organically and generating warm leads for BDRs
- Ability to learn new technologies, products and systems quickly
- Creative, innovative, resourceful, with the ability to work successfully in an ever-changing environment with competing priorities
