Technical Product Engineer (Acoustic Engineering)
About the company: They design, develop, and manufacture acoustic and thermal solutions primarily for OEMs. They produce materials and components that absorb, block, or isolate sound and manage thermal energy in industrial applications.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support
- Support Sales Team with technical expertise
- Attend technical + trade shows
- Act as SME for products
- Test and qualify new + existing products/materials
- Operate and maintain Acoustic Lab + equipment
- Develop/maintain specs, procedures, certifications, and documentation
- Design and develop new products (concept and commercialization)
- Enhance existing products for performance and competitiveness
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong technical comprehension and presentation ability
- Advanced math skills (ratios, probabilities, financial values)
- Creative reasoning and problem-solving
- ERP and MS Office proficiency
- Bachelor’s Degree required (Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or Physics preferred)
