Key Responsibilities
Safely operate power tools to ensure precise assembly, prevent defects and minimize risk of injury
Performs a variety of functions following prescribed procedures in product assembly and testing.
Assemble components as required on time and according to quality specifications.
Identify improvement areas and effectively communicate ways to implement change.
Maintain the cleanliness of workstation and assist with entire department housekeeping.
High personal standards with regards to productivity, quality, and safety.
Willingness to learn multiple stations within the department.
Overtime and weekend hours may be assigned.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in manufacturing assembly
2+ years of experience reading blueprints, standard work instructions, bills of material, and precision measuring instruments
Preferred Qualifications
Good communication skills relative to supervisor and other related departments
Exceptional customer service skills and a great teamwork
Solid mechanical background
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Pay Range
The hourly rate for this position is between $24.00 - $48.00 per hour. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
