Led by Dr. Jessica Christy, this practice offers a unique opportunity to work in a 100% cash-pay environment with an 85th percentile fee schedule , providing comprehensive care with advanced equipment and clinical autonomy.

This is a geriatric-focused practice known for quality over quantity. With six operatories, modern technology, and sedation services—including an on-site anesthesiologist monthly—you’ll step into a well-supported, highly respected clinical setting with room to grow.

Position Overview
– Location: Hendersonville, NC
– Schedule: 3- or 4-day workweek (Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
– Open to part-time candidates (Wednesday & Thursday)
– Team: 2 hygienists, 4 assistants, adding more staff as practice grows
– Practice: 6 operatories, fully remodeled within 2 years, modern sedation equipment
– Clinical Focus: Geriatric care, sedation dentistry, 100% collections, cash-pay patients
– Owner: IV Sedation Certified & Orofacial Pain Fellow

Compensation & Benefits
– Daily guarantee: $800–$1,000/day
– Production: 30%+ on a sliding scale
– $5,000 annual stipend to use at your discretion (increases with tenure)
– Benefits available after 90 days
