Landscaper - Commercial Maintenance

Phoenix Landscape Management, a trusted leader in commercial landscaping for over 30 years, is seeking a dedicated Landscape Maintenance Member to join our team. Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial grounds using hand and power tools and equipment
• Perform tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, watering, digging, raking, sod laying, and general landscape upkeep
• Assist with sprinkler installation and repair as needed
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions throughout the year
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
• Care for and maintain assigned tools and equipment according to manufacturer instructions
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to company standards

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping experience preferred
• Knowledge of turf care and fertilization is a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to perform routine, physical work including bending, kneeling, lifting up to 50 lbs, and walking on uneven terrain
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
