Landscaper - Commercial Maintenance
Phoenix Landscape Management, a trusted leader in commercial landscaping for over 30 years, is seeking a dedicated Landscape Maintenance Member to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in maintaining beautiful landscapes, and are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. As part of a supportive team, you will help ensure our clients’ properties are maintained to the highest standards, contributing to the company’s reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities
- Maintain commercial grounds using hand and power tools and equipment
- Perform tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, watering, digging, raking, sod laying, and general landscape upkeep
- Assist with sprinkler installation and repair as needed
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions throughout the year
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
- Care for and maintain assigned tools and equipment according to manufacturer instructions
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to company standards
Qualifications
- Previous landscaping experience preferred
- Knowledge of turf care and fertilization is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to perform routine, physical work including bending, kneeling, lifting up to 50 lbs, and walking on uneven terrain
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
