We are looking for a reliable and motivated Shift Lead to help manage daily
operations and support our team. This role is responsible for leading shifts, ensuring
excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and efficient café environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support team members during shifts
- Ensure fast, friendly, and accurate customer service
- Open and/or close the café as scheduled
- Handle cash, POS system, and daily transactions
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and store standards
- Assist with training new employees
- Communicate effectively with management and team
Qualifications:
- Previous food service or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available for flexible shifts (including weekends)
