Join the Cristom Crew – Tasting Room Associate (Part-Time, Seasonal)

With a bold 100-Year Vision, we blend old-school winemaking with future-focused farming (think organic and biodynamic). The Role:
We’re on the lookout for energetic, people-focused individuals to help us create memorable tasting room experiences. You’ll be the friendly face guests remember — pouring wine, sharing the Cristom story, and helping visitors feel at home.

Location: Cristom Vineyards, Eola-Amity Hills, Oregon
Position Type: Part-Time, Seasonal

What You’ll Do:
Welcome guests like they’re friends (because they might be by the end!)
Pour and talk about wine with confidence — we’ll train you if you’re newer to wine
Share our unique story and values, from organic farming to whole-cluster fermentation
Support fun winery events — yes, there will be music, food, and great vibes
Keep the tasting room sparkling clean and organized
Help people join our wine club (and earn a bonus when they do!)

We’d Love to See:
A love for hospitality, storytelling, and maybe a budding interest in wine
Team spirit, strong communication skills, and a great attitude
Willingness to learn — we’ll teach you everything you need to know
Availability on weekends and holidays (wine never takes a day off)
OLCC and Food Handler’s permits (or willingness to get them)

Bonus Points If You:
Have worked in a tasting room, restaurant, or customer-facing job before
Are excited about sustainability and craftsmanship in food and drink
Have experience with Commerce7 and/or Tock

Physical Stuff to Know: You’ll be on your feet for long periods, and occasionally lifting up to 45 lbs.
