Your New Role

As a Fire Alarm Installation Foreman serving the Raleigh, NC metro area, you’ll play a key leadership role in managing projects and ensuring installations meet the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing installation crews on job sites

• Installing, programming, and testing fire alarm systems in accordance with NFPA codes and local regulations

• Reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and schematics

• Coordinating with contractors, superintendents, and project managers to stay on schedule

• Troubleshooting, inspecting, and ensuring full functionality of installed systems

• Maintaining accurate project documentation, including work orders and inspection reports

• Training technicians on installation techniques and safety standards

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1 - 2 years of experience with fire alarm system installation preferred

• Understanding of NFPA codes and fire alarm standards

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

• Ability to lift, climb, and work in various physical environments
