Job Description
In this contingent resource assignment, candidate may:
- Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Commercial Loan Closing and contribute to large-scale planning related to Commercial Loan Closing deliverables.
- Review and analyze moderately complex Commercial Loan Closing challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Commercial Loan Closing deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with client personnel in Commercial Loan Closing.
- 4 plus years of Commercial Loan Closing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
- Familiarity with loan booking and funding under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills, mathematical skills, sense of urgency, ability to multi-task and attention to detail required.
- Ability to work at least 8 hours/day, 4 days/week in-office uptown is mandatory.
- Preferred skills include LIQ and nCino experience.
- Clear communication skills and ability to prioritize strongly preferred.
