A wellness adjacent start-up in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Brand Manager to join their rapidly growing company. Are you someone who loves spotting trends before they hit, building products people want, and influencing strategy at the highest level? This key role sits at the intersection of product innovation, market intelligence, and brand strategy. Aligned for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, build-as-you-go environment with an entrepreneurial mindset. Responsibilities include:

* Research and identify new product opportunities within alternative wellness markets
* Analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to guide new product development
* Evaluate and optimize current product portfolio for growth, positioning, and profitability
* Build business cases and present product recommendations to executive leadership
* Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams to bring products from concept to launch
* Support branding, packaging, and go-to-market strategies to ensure strong market entry
* Leverage data, analytics tools and SEO insights to drive decision-making and performance tracking

Qualifications:
* 5 years of previous experience in product, brand, category management
* Background wellness, alternative medicine or adjacent regulated industries preferred
*Advanced Excel skills: data modeling, trend analysis, forecasting
* Experience creating and deliver executive-level presentations that drive decisions
* Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across teams
