Opportunity Overview
Seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Geriatrics physician for a full-time Medical Director role providing primary care in skilled nursing facilities. This position combines clinical care and physician leadership with strong work-life balance.
Position Highlights
- Full-time, W2-employed Medical Director role with direct patient care
- Monday–Friday, in-person schedule
- No primary night call
- Provide leadership, clinical oversight, and mentorship to APPs
- Autonomy with strong operational and administrative support
- Uncapped earning potential
Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated compensation: $281,147–$319,170 , uncapped productivity
