As the Office Manager at Triangle Divorce Lawyers, you’ll play a pivotal role in the seamless functioning of our dynamic team. By managing multiple offices, you’ll ensure that our environment supports the vital work our attorneys do in protecting clients' rights during life's challenging transitions. Your expertise in Microsoft 365, including Power Automate and SharePoint, will be crucial in streamlining our operations. Responsibilities:- Lead the daily operations of our Raleigh and Clayton offices, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 tools, including Power Automate and SharePoint, to enhance team productivity.
- Facilitate effective communication across teams, bridging the gap between staff and leadership.
- Oversee facilities management, ensuring both offices are well-maintained and fully operational.
- Coordinate with the Leadership Team to align office operations with strategic goals.
- Develop and implement workflow automation processes to streamline office tasks.
- Support attorneys, paralegals, and support staff by addressing operational needs promptly and effectively.
- Experience in managing multiple office locations, ensuring seamless operations and communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Power Automate and SharePoint, to enhance team productivity.
- Ability to develop and implement workflow automation processes to streamline office tasks.
- Proven track record of fostering effective communication across diverse teams, bridging staff and leadership.
- Strong organizational skills to oversee facilities management, ensuring offices are well-maintained and operational.
- Experience in aligning office operations with strategic goals in collaboration with leadership teams.
- Ability to support attorneys, paralegals, and support staff by addressing operational needs promptly and effectively.
