Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently
- Stock kitchen inventory and maintain cleanliness
- Stay updated on new Chick-fil-A products
- Adhere to safety procedures and report maintenance issues
- Complete assigned tasks and follow Chick-fil-A rules
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Consistent, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Cheerful, customer service-oriented, and loves helping others
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to multitask
- Works well independently and in a team environment
- Flexible schedule availability
- Ability to lift and stand for extended periods
