Key Responsibilities:

- Operate a variety of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and graders in accordance with project specifications and safety standards.

- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.

- Follow detailed instructions and work plans to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.

- Monitor work sites for safety hazards and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

- Assist with site preparation, grading, excavation, and other related activities as needed.

- Document operational activities and report any issues or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.

- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Equipment Operator III or similar role, with a strong understanding of heavy machinery operation.

- Valid operator’s license and certifications relevant to heavy equipment operation.

- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction or industrial environments.

- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and work plans.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

- Physical stamina and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.

Level III:

• 7+ years’ experience of Heavy Equipment operation
• Proficient in all pieces of Large Equipment
