What You’ll Do
- Assist healthcare providers with onboarding and maintaining the EHR.
- Offer top-notch customer service over the phone, chat, and email to help providers navigate technical challenges.
- Troubleshoot various IT issues, including hardware, software, telecommunications, and connectivity.
- Use Excel to analyze data and spot trends.
- Recommend improvements to curriculum and systems.
- Proactively identify ways to improve our customers' experience and introduce them to additional services that can help.
- Be a problem solver for medical professionals. When their tech works, they can focus on saving lives.
- Stay updated on technology trends that can make healthcare better for everyone.

Requirements:What We’re Looking For
- At least three years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or a clinically integrated setting.
- Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Critical thinker + data-savvy
- Confident with Excel (pivot tables, reports)
- Strong communication skills—you’re comfortable explaining technical issues to non-technical people.
- You’re a team player who loves problem-solving and can stay calm under pressure.
- A commitment to learning, growing, and making a difference in marginalized communities.
Physical Requirements
- You’re comfortable sitting at a desk for long periods.
- Able to lift up to 15 pounds.
Extra Skills We Value
- Experience with Medical Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems like EPICare or Athenahealth.
- IT infrastructure management experience.
- Knowledge of behavioral and mental health services.
