This role places you in a modern 101-bed emergency department, working alongside accomplished professionals at a regionally recognized facility noted for outstanding patient outcomes, innovative technology, and a strong team culture. Schedule/Hours

• Every other weekend required
• Flexible assignments within the Emergency Department, floating as needed within all ED sections

Essential Qualifications

• Current RN license with 2 years’ nursing experience (at least 1 in an ER)
• Background in high-volume (100,000+ visit/year) ED and Level 2 trauma centers
• Strong teamwork mentality; ability to coach and give real-time feedback
• Required certifications (can be completed before hire): ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS; ENPC within 90 days
• Adaptability to fast-paced, multicultural settings; excellent patient communication

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert, compassionate care across various ED sections in a busy, 4:1 (medical) to 7:1 (behavioral hold) ratio environment
• Utilize Cerner for accurate documentation and GE/Baxter equipment
• Ensure outstanding patient experience through clear updates and respectful interactions
