Salary: 33.00 per diem

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality mental health services to clients. This position offers a hybrid work environment, allowing you the flexibility to engage with clients both remotely and in-person. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, providing therapy, and developing individualized treatment plans to support client well-being.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate client needs.

- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.

- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions via in-person and telehealth formats.

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with relevant regulations.

- Collaborate with other healthcare providers and community resources to ensure comprehensive client care.

- Stay informed about current developments in clinical social work practices and mental health trends.

- Advocate for clients needs and connect them with appropriate community resources.

**Qualifications:**

- **Education:** Masters degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

- **Licensure:** Current, unrestricted license to practice as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in NC.

- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years experience in a clinical setting providing mental health services.

- **Skills:** Strong clinical assessment, therapeutic, and communication skills.

- Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
