Administrative Assistant
DogCo Launch is a coaching, consulting, and education company that helps pet care businesses — especially dog walking and pet sitting companies — grow into sustainable, well-run operations. We are seeking an organized, proactive, and resourceful Administrative Assistant to join our team in Winston-Salem, NC. This role will primarily focus on supporting our leadership team through effective inbox and calendar management, travel coordination, conference support, and special project assistance. The successful candidate will bring exceptional attention to detail, a structured approach to problem-solving, and the flexibility to adapt as the business grows and evolves. This role requires a professional with a strong sense of organization, capable of anticipating needs, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Occasional night and weekend work may be required with advance notice.

Key Responsibilities
Inbox Management
- Monitor, sort, and prioritize incoming emails to ensure timely response and proper delegation
- Draft and respond to emails on behalf of leadership as needed, maintaining a professional and consistent tone.
- Flag urgent items, track follow-ups, and ensure important communications are addressed promptly.
Calendar Management
- Maintain complex calendars, scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and events.
- Proactively manage conflicts and adjust scheduling as priorities shift.
- Ensure all necessary details and arrangements are made in advance of meetings and events.
Travel Coordination
- Arrange travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries for leadership and team members as needed.
- Handle any changes or issues that arise with travel plans efficiently and communicate updates as necessary.
- Ensure all travel details are organized and accessible in a timely manner.
Administrative Project Support
- Support day-to-day business operations, including tracking deadlines, preparing materials, and following up on action items.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation, ensuring information is easily accessible.
- Coordinate with other departments and team members to facilitate smooth workflows.
Annual Conference Support
- Assist in administrative tasks and logistics related to the company’s annual conference, including travel arrangements, scheduling, and material preparation.
- Coordinate with vendors, participants, and team members to ensure a seamless experience.
- Provide on-site support during event
Operational Administrative Support
- Assist Operations Coordinator with day to day tasks to support DogCo clients and programming
- Help organize calendars, meeting links, and other operational details as asked to support DogCo Clients
Special Projects
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing a variety of special projects, adapting as project requirements change.
- Provide research, reporting, or documentation support as needed for ongoing initiatives.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
- Complete in-person errands as requested

Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role
- Proficient with Google Drive, including Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
- Bonus (but not required): experience with Go High Level and Skool
- Experience with travel arrangements and event coordination is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Must have occasional evening and weekend availability, with notice
- Located in or willing to relocate to Winston-Salem, NC (please note: a relocation bonus is not offered for this role)
