You'll address issues, document findings, and collaborate with teams to implement improvements and maintain high-quality outcome **Connecting you to great benefits** + Weekly Paychecks + Paid Time Off, Parental Leave, and Holidays + Insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance) + 401(k) w/ Company Match + Stock Purchase Plan + Education Reimbursement + Legal Insurance + Discounts on gym memberships, pet insurance, and much more! **What you'll do** + You will be responsible for taking completed construction red lines and performing audits + You will ensure job was built according to engineering prints + You will perform quality inspections on hand holes, ground rods, trace safe wire/connections, restoration, and closing pictures. + You will work with closeout packet team to ensure they have all material to close and bill jobs + You will work with construction manager on any defects found + You will perform billing audits. + All other duties as assigned **What you'll need** + You have 1-3 year's minimum experience within the Underground Utility Construction Industry. + You have 1-2 years of experience in underground outside plant facilities + You have problem-Solving Skills, computer skills and communication skills + You have the ability to withstand outdoor environment during all times of the year + You must pass drug & background screenings + You are authorized to work in the United States + You have a valid driver's license **Why grow your career with us** Your career here is more than just a job - it's your pathway to opportunity.
