Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of Nursing
- Current LPN license in New York, in good standing
- Strong clinical skills, compassion, and a teamwork mindset
- Excellent communication and organization skills
What you’ll do
- Provide quality daily nursing care and support to residents within the LPN scope of practice.
- Administer medications and treatments, monitoring for desired or adverse effects.
- Communicate and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to update care plans and address resident needs.
- Document vital signs, treatments, and resident responses accurately.
- Supervise and guide CNAs in their daily care activities and assignments.
