Part-Time: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy tailored to an individual child’s treatment goals
  

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by your supervising BCBA
  

• Collect and document session data accurately using digital tools
  

• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure consistent, high-quality care
  

• Build a strong rapport with the child and their family through compassionate care
  

What We’re Looking For

• Active RBT certification (required)
  

• Minimum of 1 year of ABA experience preferred, but not required
  

• Strong passion for helping children with autism thrive
  

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing consistent support
  

• Professional, respectful, and communicative with families and supervisors
