work hours: 8am to 4pm
education: Bachelors responsibilities:
- Lead mechanical design engineering activities to create technical solutions that meet all functional, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Secure the quality and readiness of all design deliveries, ensuring they fully align with Our Client's business targets.
- Provide strategic inputs for product and system roadmaps while driving innovation through active participation in business development.
- Build and manage collaborative networks both internally across the organization and externally with universities and institutes.
- Support, coach, and mentor junior team members and peers to promote knowledge sharing and continuous professional development.
- Experience level: Experienced
