Project Manager
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager in Charlotte, NC. Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager with a blend of Business Analyst capabilities to support ongoing initiatives within a conversational technology environment. This role will partner closely with an existing Project Manager to drive delivery across IVR (Interactive Voice Response) and IVA (Intelligent Virtual Assistant/chatbot) projects. The position is heavily weighted toward project management responsibilities, with some analytical and documentation support required. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support end-to-end project management activities including planning, execution, tracking, and delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage day-to-day project operations, timelines, and deliverables
- Facilitate meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications
- Organize and maintain project documentation, requirements, and workflows
- Partner with technical and business teams to support IVR and IVA initiatives
- Assist with requirements gathering, documentation, and process improvement efforts as needed
- Strong experience in Project Management (approximately 80% PM focus)
- Experience working on IVR (Interactive Voice Response) projects (required)
- Familiarity with Business Analyst responsibilities (requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder coordination)
- Experience working in a hybrid Agile environment
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira and other project tracking/documentation platforms
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting IVA/chatbot or conversational AI technologies
- Exposure to merger and acquisition-related projects
- Ability to work in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments
- Hybrid Agile delivery model
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business stakeholders
