Responsibilities

• Perform professional water damage mitigation and restoration services
• Extract water using proper techniques and equipment
• Conduct demolition, debris removal, and cleanup of affected materials (drywall, cabinetry, flooring, etc.)
• Set up, monitor, and remove drying equipment
• Follow company standards for proper drying procedures and documentation
• Prepare and organize job sites, including vehicle setup and containment areas
• Decontaminate affected areas and maintain equipment
• Lead and coordinate a work crew effectively
• Complete job cleanup and ensure site is left in professional condition

Requirements

• IICRC certification preferred (not required)
• Prior experience in water mitigation or restoration
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly (up to 100 lbs. with assistance)
• Comfortable working on ladders, at ceiling height, or in confined areas (crawl spaces, attics, etc.)
• Willingness to participate in the on-call rotation schedule
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
