Are you a motivated and dynamic leader with a passion for the paint industry? We are currently seeking experienced and customer-focused individuals to join our team in Raleigh, NC, for various Paint Store Management opportunities!
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading a team to success. You will work closely with our team to provide expert guidance on paint products, colors, and home improvement solutions, while ensuring a smooth and efficient store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient performance.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure the store is fully stocked with high-quality paint products and supplies.
- Drive sales and profitability through customer engagement and product knowledge.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder products as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and product returns in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain and enforce health and safety standards in the store.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail management or the paint industry is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of paint products, techniques, and trends is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
- Ability to lift and move products and supplies as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
