1st Shift – Bilingual Lumper (Driver Assistance)
We are looking for 3 associate, Monday–Friday starting at 5:30 a.m. until finish.
Pay rate: $16.00/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Accompany CDL driver on daily routes
- Assist with unloading freight in a safe and timely manner
- Operate electric pallet jacks and hand trucks
- Maintain professional communication with customers
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Experience using pallet jacks and hand trucks preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Spanish language skills required
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- Start time at 5:30 AM
- Workday ends upon completion of deliveries
- Average 40 hours per week, with potential up to 50 hours
- Overtime paid after 40 hours
- 10-hour shifts
