What Youll Do

• Create Memorable Guest Experiences: Be the face of hospitality by ensuring every guest leaves with a smile and a story worth sharing.
• Lead Operations Like a Pro: Partner with the General Manager to keep the floor buzzinghandling scheduling, opening/closing, and keeping everything polished and organized.
• Inspire & Develop Teams: Mentor front- and back-of-house staff, building a positive culture where teamwork thrives and careers grow.
• Drive Standards & Quality: Maintain the highest levels of service, cleanliness, and food presentation, always meeting health and safety requirements.
• Own the Numbers: Assist with inventory, cost control, and cash handling while supporting sales-driving initiatives.
• Fuel Growth: Bring fresh ideas for boosting guest satisfaction and increasing sales through upselling and smart operational practices.

What Were Looking For

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience in high-volume, casual dining
• A natural people leader who can coach, inspire, and get the best from their team
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure
• Passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Tech-savvy with POS/restaurant management software, plus solid knowledge of inventory and cost controls
