Overview:
Our client is seeking and partnering with a thriving, multi-location personal injury law firm seeking a Spanish-English bilingual attorney to join their legal team in Charlotte, NC. The firm is experiencing substantial growth and offers a dynamic work environment with a strong support system and clear opportunities for advancement.
This role is ideal for attorneys with prior personal injury experience who thrive in a client-centered, high-volume setting. You'll be joining a firm that values collaboration, professional development, and effective case outcomes. Travel and occasional court appearances may be required.
- Manage a personal injury caseload from intake through resolution.
- Communicate regularly with clients, adjusters, and medical providers.
- Draft and review negotiation packages and settlement agreements.
- Handle lien resolution, subrogation claims, and disbursements.
- Supervise a dedicated team of paralegals and support staff.
- Participate in business development efforts to expand the client base.
Qualifications:
- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in North Carolina .
- Fluent in both English and Spanish , written and verbal.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in personal injury law.
- Strong interpersonal and case management skills.
- Comfortable with a high-volume caseload and team leadership.
