**Job Description**
This position manages all Project Document & Data Management (PDDM) functions for assigned projects. This role provides supervision, direction, and training to Coordinators, Supervisors, and Managers (on and off site). Having a full understanding of all Project Document & Data Management (PDDM) functional roles, this position should be able to perform them or teach others in an efficient manner while maintaining effective communication with Project Client, internal taskforce members, field personnel, and Fluor global team members. This position requires acute knowledge and experience in understanding and interpreting client standards, consistent exercise of discretion and independent judgment with the respect to matters of significance. This position may act on behalf of an absent lead or be expected to lead simultaneous multiple smaller scopes or lead a mega project.
- Manage all aspects of a project life-cycle including scope definition, developing a detailed plan, tracking, managing, and communicating project status
- Collaborate with other functions relative to all aspects of Project Document & Data Management
- Participate in the preparation of annual departmental budget including the development of effort hour estimates and the associated staffing plan, and adherence to budget
- Responsible for effort hour and staff planning for various projects
- May be required to give presentations to clients, projects, or management
- May act as the global representative for location
- Other duties as assigned
**Basic Job Requirements**
- Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and sixteen (16) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to twenty (20) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendor, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
- Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
- Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner

- Advanced (Master's) degree or global equivalent preferred
- Thorough, working knowledge of and experience with computers such as word processing, spreadsheets, internet, and document management systems
- Strong leadership experience for projects and people
- Experience working with senior management

- Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change, to work under pressure, and manage and prioritize multiple tasks

Market Rate Statement: The market rate for the role is typically at the mid-point of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidate's qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
