Operations Support Associate

As an Operations Support Associate, you are part of the backbone of our production team. Your role is to ensure that the transition from a completed sale to a finished project moves along accurately, smoothly and as quickly as possible, helping us to deliver on our promises to customers. You will master product ordering, share vendor and subcontractor relationships, help with inventory management, and back-up our scheduling coordinator. In this way, you will help provide much of the logistical and administrative structure that allows our front-end teams to deliver on our promise of exceptional service.

• Industry Experience: A background in flooring, construction, or a related trade is required.
