Electrical Engineer
Pay: $49-$54 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Interview Process: 1st Round Virtual | 2nd Round Onsite

We are looking for a talented Electrical Engineer to join a dynamic engineering team supporting innovative electrical systems and equipment used in commercial and industrial environments. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, leading projects, and bringing electrical designs to life from concept through installation.

In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and improving electrical systems while ensuring reliability, safety, and performance. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee testing and installation activities, and help drive projects that directly impact operational efficiency and product quality.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design, development, and testing of electrical systems and equipment , including machinery controls, wiring systems, and lighting.

• Create and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and blueprints to support design and manufacturing.

• Evaluate design models to ensure cost effectiveness, reliability, and safety .

• Oversee simulation and system testing to validate performance and quality standards.

• Coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, and maintenance activities to ensure projects meet specifications and compliance requirements.

• Inspect completed installations and monitor operational performance to confirm alignment with engineering standards and safety regulations.

• Work closely with stakeholders and project teams to estimate timelines, project scope, and costs .

• Provide technical leadership and mentoring while contributing innovative ideas and solutions to engineering challenges.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

• 8–10 years of electrical engineering experience supporting design, testing, and implementation of electrical systems.

• Strong knowledge of electrical theory, system design, calculations, and engineering standards .

• Experience using engineering software and computer applications related to electrical design and analysis.

• Ability to create detailed engineering sketches, diagrams, and specifications.

• Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting ability, and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide projects and support team development.

Preferred

• Professional Engineer (P.Eng) license strongly preferred but not required.
