Seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations in a high-volume, fast-paced full-service restaurant. Responsibilities include visible floor leadership, coaching and training staff, scheduling and labor management, maintaining service standards, handling guest concerns, and supporting overall restaurant performance. Compensation includes bonuses and high-volume/day packages; preferred experience includes casual/high-energy dining and new restaurant openings.
A high-volume, fast-paced restaurant is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations and deliver a strong, consistent guest experience. This role requires a visible floor leader who can coach teams in real time, maintain service standards, and support overall restaurant performance.

Restaurant Manager Requirements and Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-service restaurant management experience
- Strong skills in scheduling, labor management, and service execution
- Experience training, coaching, and holding team members accountable
- Ability to handle guest concerns professionally and decisively
- Hands-on leadership style with strong floor presence during peak periods
Restaurant Manager Preferred Background and Skills
- Experience in casual or high-energy dining concepts
- New Restaurant Opening experience preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively with BOH leadership and the General Manager
- Calm, solutions-oriented approach in fast-paced service environments
