The Senior Accountant will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial reporting and supporting the company’s operational goals. This individual will bring a strong foundation in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and analyzing monthly financial statements, ensuring compliance with US GAAP.
- Managing general ledger activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and account analysis.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Assisting in internal and external audits by providing required documentation and resolving inquiries.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline accounting workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
