Your Role: Customer Service TechnicianYou’ll work directly with homeowners to diagnose, maintain, and repair plumbing systems while providing exceptional customer service.
What You’ll Do:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and complete plumbing and service-related tasks
- Manage tools and inventory
- Keep your truck clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Alignment with our 5 Core Values
- A team player who’s goal-driven and moves with urgency
- A “Consider It Done” attitude
- 1+ years of plumbing experience
- 3 professional references and a proven track record of success
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Clean-cut, professional appearance
Valid driver’s license and clean driving/criminal record
