Mold Setter Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $16.00 to $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm )

• Review production schedules and collaborate with the Shift Supervisor to prioritize mold changes based on daily reports.
• Retrieve molds from storage, carefully inspecting their condition and ensuring proper handling throughout the process.
• Execute mold changes, accurately positioning and clamping molds within the presses.
• Process molds by adjusting machine parameters such as pressure, temperature, speed, and feed rates, setting cycle times according to precise specifications.
• Promptly notify the Shift Supervisor once a mold is installed and the machine is ready for initial production parts.

Mold Setter Operator Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Machine Operator.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and production specifications.
• Strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
• Previous experience with Plastic Injection Molding processes.

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
