Our company is currently seeking ​a Experienced Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing financial records for our company.

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner
• Handle day to say financial transactions.
• Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
• Compute and record numerical data
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
• Perform data entry and administrative duties
• Perform weekly collections
• Respond to financial inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 7 years of experience as a bookkeeper
• Previous experience in Taxes, Payroll, Accounting, Finance, or other related fields
• Experience with QuickBooks
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Ability to analyze proficiently and critically think
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
