Full RELO Excellent opportunity to lead the BOH in a Flagship store in Raleigh. This is a 'A" location and we are looking for the very best. Our qualifications our not just based on experience. The perfect fit will be a great leader in every sense-empathetic, leads by example, loves to train and mentor, can see the big picture- but is very hands on and loves to work side by side with their team . Works in a collaborative way with all employees and managers and is VERY passionate about quality and standards- enjoys the fast pace of a busy restaurant! Looking for a culinary background, that can execute a huge menu with expertise! This is a very high volume unit ( 10.5 million plus) and will require high volume experience plus experience working in an all scratch kitchen. The menu is very extensive and execution at all levels is the biggest challenge.
