Experienced Aide in the Wilmington/Leland area: Great opportunity!! Full-time hours!

• CNAs: Starting at $17.00/hr based on experience

We're looking for a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team of professionals. This unique role includes starting new cases, providing fill-in coverage, and mentoring new aides - all while making a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve.

Position Highlights:

• Must be available between 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Full time

• Work closely with a supportive, collaborative care team

We offer up to 40 hours per week with flexible scheduling tailored to your availability. Caregivers play a vital role in providing compassionate, person-centered care to clients. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care , companionship , transportation , errands , light housekeeping , and ensuring physical and emotional comfort for those in need.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Active CNA license required
• Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• Availability required between 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Must be reliable and flexible to start new cases and provide fill-in support, and mentor and support new aides
