Sales Manager - Real Estate Office

POSITION SUMMARY:
Margaret Rudd & Associates, Inc., REALTORS® is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Office Sales Manager to lead and inspire our team of agents. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in real estate sales, proven leadership experience, and a passion for driving business growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, providing coaching and mentorship, and fostering a positive office culture that promotes collaboration and excellence. You will oversee daily operations, ensure high performance, and deliver exceptional client experiences while maintaining our company’s strong reputation in the Oak Island, NC area. Your leadership will be key to guiding our agents to achieve and exceed sales targets, strengthening both individual success and overall company growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the firm's agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Provide coaching, training, and ongoing support to ensure agents are performing at their best.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and offer constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Promote teamwork and a collaborative office environment, ensuring agents feel supported and empowered.
Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share in the local area.
- Set individual and company sales goals, tracking progress and performance.
- Monitor local market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, investors, and business partners.
Operational Management:
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring that workflows, systems, and processes are efficient and effective.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal real estate regulations and company policies.
- Implement and/or maintain systems for tracking leads, managing contracts, and closing sales efficiently.
- Coordinate office activities, meetings, and events, ensuring smooth and timely execution.
Marketing & Brand Strategy:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective campaigns to attract new business.
- Assist agents in developing personalized marketing plans and promotional strategies.
- Maintain and enhance the company's reputation in the local market.
- Serve as a point of escalation for complex client issues or disputes.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Network and build relationships with local businesses, community leaders, and potential clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of experience in real estate sales or management is required.
- Valid BIC-eligible real estate license in North Carolina is required
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, contracts, and local market trends.
- Experience in training, mentoring, and managing a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Compensation: Base Salary of $55,000 - $65,000 with an On Track Earnings (OTE) $95,000 (based on overall sales team performance)
Bonus:
- Monthly performance based override
- Biannual bonus based on company performance
