Your impact

• Architect packaging systems that improve operational efficiency and elevate customer satisfaction.
• Prototype, test, and refine solutions to meet engineering standards and product needs.
• Partner with suppliers, sites, and customers to optimize performance end-to-end.
• Analyze data, report findings, and recommend actions that enhance packaging effectiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement, resolving inefficiencies with structured problem-solving.
• Support project management for packaging development and implementation.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Contribute to product development and assist with customer order processing activities.
• Maintain accurate CRM data to strengthen retention and service excellence.

Must-haves

• Post-secondary technical education or equivalent (2-year degree).
• 3+ years in packaging engineering or logistics.
• Hands-on proficiency with CAD tools and engineering design.
• Working knowledge of HSE regulations.

Nice-to-haves

• Associate degree or technical certification in engineering or logistics.
• Experience with change management and continuous improvement frameworks.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Track record delivering customer-centered packaging solutions.
