💼 Open Positions (In-Clinic – Winston-Salem, NC Only):

🔹 Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Salary : $90,000 – $100,000 (based on experience)

• Setting : In-clinic only

🔹 Clinic Director (BCBA Required)

• Salary : $105,000 – $115,000 (based on experience)

• Setting : In-clinic only

• Leadership opportunity with direct clinical oversight and team mentorship

👩‍⚕️ Your Role – BCBA or Clinic Director (In-Clinic Only)

We're seeking passionate clinicians to work on-site at our Winston-Salem clinic, where your expertise will shape lives every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct FBAs and develop personalized ABA treatment plans

• Deliver in-clinic direct ABA therapy

• Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians

• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress

• Clinic Director only : Lead the clinical team, uphold best practices, support BCBA and RBT development

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Required

• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in North Carolina or willingness to obtain prior to start – Required

• Experience with autism and developmental disabilities preferred

• For Clinic Director: Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
