TheProjectManagerwillberesponsiblefor:

AsaProjectManagerforourcustomfabricationjobshop,youwillbethedrivingforcebehindsuccessfulprojectexecution.Yourresponsibilitieswillinclude:

• ProjectOversight: Manageday-to- dayprojectoperations,ensuringsmoothexecutionfromstarttofinish.
• Cross- functionalcollaboration: Coordinatewithinternalteams(design,production,qualitycontrol)forseamlessprojectdelivery.
• QualityAssurance: Implementandenforcequalitycontrolmeasuresandinspectionstomaintainourhighstandards.
• Logistics&Expediting: Overseelogistics,manageshippingschedules,andexpeditematerialsandprocessestomeetprojectdeadlines.
• CustomerSatisfaction: Buildstrongrelationshipswithcustomers,ensuringprojectsaredeliveredontime,withinbudget,andexceedingexpectations.
• Design: Applystrongdesignskillsforflatpatterns

TheIdealProjectManagerwillhaveastrongFabricationSupervisorybackgroundorEngineeringExpertise!

• IdealcandidatewillhaveexperiencewithCNCLaserProgramming: Proficiencyinfabricationandsoftwareforlasercuttingoperations,generatingflatpatterns,andexperiencewithpressbrakes.
• TechnicalSkills: Abilitytoreadandinterprettechnical3Ddrawings,models,andspecifications.PreferredproficiencyinSolidworksandMetamationhighlypreferred
• Management: Provenexperienceinasupervisorycapacityisrequired.
• Expediting: Expertiseinexpeditingmaterials,resolvingbottlenecks,andensuringtimelyprojectcompletion.
• Inspection: Knowledgeofqualitycontrolandinspectionproceduresforsheetmetalfabrication.
• Logistics: Understandingoflogisticsandsupplychainmanagementforefficientprojectexecution.
• SoftSkills: Excellentcommunication,organization,problem - solving,anddecision -makingskills.
