Pay: $19–$20/hour (Non-Exempt)

What You’ll Do

● Prepare, assemble, and cook high-quality pizzas to recipe and quality standards

● Handle pizza components like dough (as applicable), sauces, cheeses, toppings, and garnishes

● Maintain speed and consistency during service while keeping presentation on point

● Support daily kitchen prep (slicing, dicing, chopping, portioning, sauces, dressings, and more)

● Follow food safety and sanitation standards (labeling, dating, storage, FIFO rotation)

● Set up, stock, clean, and break down your station

● Work closely with the Chef team and communicate needs clearly (inventory, quality, equipment)

What We’re Looking For

● 1+ year of culinary experience (pizza experience strongly preferred)

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

● Strong knife skills, organization, and attention to detail

● Team-first attitude and openness to feedback

● ServSafe or Food Handler’s certification (or ability to obtain)

12 lbs or less, 13–25 lbs, 26–40 lbs, 41–100 lbs

Other :

● Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

● Comfort standing/walking for up to 8 hours
